The day was late in starting but once it did it was booming. In the morning a layer of stratocu was slowly dispersed as the sun got to work on it, only to thicken again as a weak occlusion passed through. The cloud didn’t start to break up until 2pm and as the task direction was downwind you soon caught up with the rubbish. The task was MYN-SEI-WNE MYN or if you prefer Mynd-Seighford-Welshpool North East-Mynd. 150k for a Ka6e and 105k for an Oly, most got around with only three landouts. There were three silver attempts but they all tried to go to early and were beaten by the weather.
